    If MHL successfully raise $100mil, it would be near impossible for sp to reach 1.5c IMO. That would be market cap $400mil plus.

    700bopd doesnt equal $400mil.

    Maybe in 12months if Uranium and Fury kick in, plus Ttinidad ramped up substantially.

    Even though the next announcement(if its a go) wont actually issue the share, we will vote on that. The market will include the new shares in any valuation of the company.

    You basically need to ask what value has been added to Trtinidad. We pay $59mil for it. Is it instantly worth more? Maybe not, unless it was a huge bargain.

    Its probably smarter(and more conservative) althought still generous to value the new entity as such
    Now:
    MHL = Uranium + Fury + Cash(0)
    = $16mil

    After Recap
    MHL = Uranium + Fury + Trinidad + Cash.
    = $16mil + $59mil + $41mil cash
    = $116mil

    For arguments sake, MHL are cashed up. They have a plan for Trinidad. The market revalue Trinidad to $100mil

    MHL = $157mil

    Assuming shares were issued at 0.4c(and no discount), that would equate to 157/116 = 35% return. So 0.4c would become 0.54c

    Ofcourse long term Fury can contribute by increasing in value, although I much prefer to offload non core business and focus on ramping Trinidad as quick as possible with extra admin and legal costs.

    Long term Trinidad can justify a large market cap.

    But instant reward? or very short term? Not much IMO as the above example demonstrates. And that example included no discount for the placement and no consolidation. Both of which would lower the return.

    Because 0.4c seems to be the more consistent sp for MHL, it has been to 0.3c and hit 0.5c, I'd be content if new investors make a small return and existing holders maintain their wealth.

    Im not looking to get rich on relisting. Just hoping to maintain what I had and hpefully participate in the CR to make some coin.

    Atleast we will be back trading soon and all will be revealed. Goodluck and Happy New Year.
