Ceck out thr effect they had on the stupid people t Intec : INL who issued convertible notes less than 12 mopnths ago and found that - without the floor price of this ARD issue- the la Jolla were converting and selling the stock down within days
    David Dx used to run the AMP hedge fund strategies . I thought he was a bit smarter than that ..unless AED are in some of trouble .
