vodafone customers seething over dropped calls, page-18

I purchased an iphone 4 approximately 2 months ago on Voda. Have not been able to send email from the phone since (not to mention the dial up broadband speed and call drop outs).

Their customer service call centre finally admitted to me this morning that customers have not been able to send email via the Vodaphone network for 3 months and that it will not be resolved until mid January at the best. Technical team obviously had tickets to the Boxing Day Test.

Consumer affairs must be inundated with issues related to these buffoons.

I wish I'd listened to the advise of others and gone with Telstra or Optus.
