CHM won an accounting of profits.

Now depending what you believe the courts will ultimately define as a profit depends on what you think MMX/crosslands are due to pay CHM.

I think CHM has done what ever was required to ensure the company has and continues to have its day in court.

Its been written off in this place for a long time but its still here and still pushing forward.
