why hasn't it rallied?

Just having a look at SAV at looks interesting.

However, am wondering why the announcement of completion of the sale of the FACE business didn't do more for the share price. After all, this should have put them back on a stronger financial footing and leaves them with the interesting looking Savcor ART side? It looks like it was massively sold down on debt risk, so would have expected more a bounce with this risk decreased.

Am putting on my watchlist and interested in any comments.
