Yeah I think some of the clauses in the policy have changed so they've released an updated version - my short-lived relief at finding an announcement was quickly diminished.
I've contacted the company numerous times this week, and as soon as they find out why I'm calling I'm told that the guy is "in a meeting and will call you right back" - well, pretty long meetings these guys are in - still waiting!
Don't lose heart just yet - I'm hanging in with hope...
