As Valley Longwall is now owned by a Chinese company ... I wonder what impact the sale will have on Industrea since Industrea's real growth story is linked to its success in China.
In the sale announcement for Valley there was a very strong emphasis on SAFETY which makes me wonder how much overlap there is between their technology offerings? I wonder if this sale will create more competition with IDL or perhaps even serve to attract attention for chinese investment in IDL!!
Does anyone out there have a good understanding of Valley and where it sits in the market!?!? I will do some reasearch but am also interested in hearing more from anyone thoughts on Valley and IDL.
