Each of the regions are called by their regional name (ie. Intellect Europe, Intellect Australia etc). Just happens that Intellect Europe has control right now.
Anyway, I would not be worried about it. It sounds to me like a standard letter which probably only effects a few suppliers and is likely just to put a formal position on things for them. "Administrator" could mean Joss Haag, I'm not sure. He was called in last time they had problems to help them throught their previous restructure. I'm closing this off as a routine event with no real impact on current proceedings....
