Sent correspondence off to ASIC on the 6th Dec informing them of investors concerns regarding the possibility of a manipulated SP to enable an acquisition of the company at a huge discount of up to 100%-150%
Have received confirmation they did receive but as yet no reply addressing my specific query regarding the seeming manipulation of the SP by algo trading
