In China you need contacts, you need the local, you need to be a partner with a local and their laws aren't transparent
could takes you years going around in circle tie up with the wrong people while they clean your pockets :-)

Good luck to HVN and its shareholder should they manage to pull the white rabbit out of a hat..

But experience and stats show me they have bugger all chance...what HVN need is fresh new management who know how to deal with a changing landscape in retail.

If I was Gordon Gecko with the cash, I raid HVN, split its properties portfolio sell to some crazy people who love debt like Centro :-) use some of that cash restructure the business, get rid of the stupid IT system that keep track of people address and order history... keep it lean like JBH, get people in and out of the door as fast can without the stupid IT system that ties up staff time...

Embark on a logistic and inventory revamp, keep it lean
be the cheapest player in the market...you are into commodity retail you got to be cheap and lean and have fast turn over... Amen :-)
