Fair question, and valid points however I don't think Soul pats are idiots, so I suspect they are convinced that there is substance in this discovery.

I understand your nervousness (and others) but I sense this is the real deal for the above reason.

Soul Pats are REAL conservative people. They give me the confidence to hold. I also think Tom Mann will eventually get a deal down with the right JV partners (or investors).
