gday, just wondering how the distribution went?
came across your tax ruling cr2010/41 on ato.gov.au
i need to read it a few more times but did you get a large portion treated as a dividend? and it seems to say that if you had your original shares for more than 12 months then there could be the cgt discount as well..? with the cost of the share taken as the market price on distribution.?
