don't agree buddfox. RIV significantly undervalued at anywhere near $15. This is more of a "testing the water'' bid and the market has spoken, pushing out of the halt north of RIO's intended offer.
Wouldn't be surprised to see high frequency traders and instos push this up to the critical $16 level.
