These guys need to be kept on their toes in relation to targets in their presentations.

For a while under Life Therapeutics they had some good forecasting but it all started to go wrong when they got into blood fractionation and started to ramp up their USA operation and added a lot of extra 'chiefs' to the head count.

Lets hope they have learnt from their lessons there and have a more focused approach to the development in SE Asia (and hopefully elsewhere).

As I understand, costing was the big issue.

The ramp p forecasts of the SpermSep is another issue that needs to be monitored.

Here's to a successful 2011.
