I'm currently a holder in both BPT & VPE, not ITC.
I'm more supportive for BPT to win the merger with ITC, not VPE, if VPE considers a counter-bid.
From my view, I think BPT will wait till the ITC holder vote completes on merger, if it fails, it may up its bid.
