hardly dilution. Volumes have been low. The resistance point for the past week (and likely during any negotiations last week) has been 15c. Excellent result for FWL. Let's wait and see what the second deal is. My money is on a long term off take. Long term off takes are usually entered into at a significant premium. The Sin Tang investment (cash) will have no bearing on such an investment and will only be good news for Sin Tang too!
