I thought it was a good presentation. Although, it was my first Clover AGM so can't compare the optimism with last year.
No profit guidance was given but the pipeline of new products is promising.
It was interesting to see a prominent Sydney businessman among the 40 or so there. He must be on the register.
One thing I didnt understand was that there is still a $3.0 million debt liability of which Clover's share is 50%. I thought it would have been included in the $4.74 million impairment.
