Yes I was referring to purchase new and second hand under RAWS where there is no conflict with like cars in this country - I've just been through it. So the fact they still charge GST means it is hard to reason that GST legality is an issue in any form. Of course its easy to control big items and taxing but small things thru post would be a nightmare - I think the practicality of collecting is the issue here.
Anyhow I agree with your idea that HVN seems a bit lost - well maybe a lot lost. I certainly am not a buyer.
