good post Digustipated.Adding to your thoughts, Major holders will always be considered first for placements imo probably for two key criteria they are a large shareholder and therefore deserve a opportunity first thats just how it is ,i am a relatively smaller holder in comparison but wasnt considered and secondly management want holders that hang on to their stock hence enhancing our supply/demand factor on our share price. I would rather miss the opportunity for discounted stock and trust our management team to deliver much bigger gains because we are properly funded
