I think a suspension is unlikely. As others have said, you'd have to thinks management already had some notion of what kind of offers were coming in and have had enough time to start thinking about which way they might jump.

I would think we'll see an announcement in the morning before trading opens, but will keep an eye out tonight too. Going to be interesting to see how much detail they release about the offers and what decision they make about them. I hope they know keeping us in the dark about the content of the offers while saying none were satisfactory is NOT an option.
