How much did VPE pay for their ITC shares? Looks like they own about 90mil shares.
If they take the money and walk that would add $7.5mill to their cash.
If that's the case one really wonders what the point of the CR was/is.
Should be positive in any event for VPE as it put a substantial value tag at VPE's Cooper assets.
I don't think I like the idea of a bidding war with Beach.
