a capital raising could be in the form of either a placement or a rights issue
I would not worry about being diluted !!! if a rights issue you could buy more shares!!!!
Only if you have 20,000,000 shares or more do you need to worry about dilution!!!!
However this could really run with the sniff of a good new deal !!!
