games being played

Can anyone shed some light on what is happening with this stock. It seems that some games are being played at the moment. For the last few days other than a couple of nibbles on the buy side at 0.295, all trades are going thru at the Sell side for 0.30. But as soon as the sell quantity is about to be extinguished another stack of a couple of hundred thousand shares are listed at 0.30. I've been watching the market depth on this regularly thru out the day and it can't be co-incidence.
