I have no doubt that shares will need to be taken up by others if price does not move, but cant see any 'fingerprints' as such..

Apart from the fact it doesn't make sense, you gotta be kidding me... have you done your diligence on the MVH guys yet.. lol
Requisitioning shareholders are part of the reason the raising is being done so low imho..
