Current MC 58mill. Take off the investment and cash, then compare with a company such as.........ahhhhhhh.......lets say CTP for arguments sake, 63mill with nothing so far but land. IMO our permits/JV's etc. have far more potential upside and are trading at a third the value, a no brainer really.
