For sure, these guys would never do a raising without attempting to run up the price first. Thats why I'm a buyer. Even if we were in a bad market these guys could still raise whatever money it needed at a great price for all shareholders. I suppose my point is that one day soon they will turn their attention to the share price when they need to but unfortunately they are in no hurry right now.
