The FDA approval of QFT-Gold has triggered sales to US hospitals that had placed sales orders to be filled on approval.

Japan is to implement a new law mid 2005 on TB which specifies the use of QFT-Gold. Approval is due prior to the law coming into effect. The Japanese distributor is committed to a minimum sales order upon approval.

Recent SPP was to raise additional funds for stocking and marketing.
