You'd think that 'cost of production' would be how much you spend divided by how much you produce wouldn't you!!!
On the surface, a cash operating cost of $1250/oz looks OK against a sale price of $1358/oz, maybe even made some money you may think?
But wrong, They consumed the 5 mill from the cap raising, most of the remaining cash from last quarter and if you look closer 1 million of the cash held in guarantees & bonds.
Looking a bit too scary for me now as they don't have the cash to survive the next quarter without another form of cash injection. I sold on open yesterday for a modest loss expecting a mad rush for the door but AXM holders are a resilient mob. Good luck to all holders. I hope Youmani sells soon and gives you all some relief.
