Ha Ha. Love it. You are showing great flexability here, by pulling a blue parrot out of the hat.Might have to send you my gas gun scarecrow I bought this year. It worked on pink and grey galaghs and white cockies. It's made in Denmark (Europe) so it should work on Norwegin blues. If you can get this Norwegin blue beggar to fly off and take the SP with it, christmas could start looking good again.
