Not sure how much research you have done on this stock ,but to rate the Management Strong ,I would certainly question that statement ,they are anything but strong !!!.

I have been a long term holder now for the last five years ,and this Company does not deliver on their word.Ask the Shareholder who bought in at 70c up to $1.00 a 3-4 years ago !!!

They said two years ago that they would invest in have a major focus on reducing operating costs upgrading the facility and processing plant ,and would costs down substanialy ,MC said (and is on record) of production costs down to $400 per oz,they are currently producing at around $650 per oz,after producing at higher rates of $800 per oz .You only have to reflect back on the numerous excuses used by this poorly managed business .

You only have to look at the Options MC and his bunch of Cronies have given themselves,it is robbery !!! I have no problems rewarding performance ,but this Company has not delivered any value to the Long term Shareholders ,yet they continue to reward themselves .You only have to look at waht MC is getting payed,and the increase on last year is just ridiculous .

Iam not talkig through my pocket as i still hold a substanial amount of Shares and when i get to a break even position of around 56c ,iam out !!!Simply I have had enoughh of this poorly Managed Business .

The share price still cant head North with gold at record heights .

Get rid of the entire Board and Management Team ,then put in place a Management team to unlock the "true value" of this Company ,because the current team are greedy thieves !!!
