I don't know "BJ", but hopefully he will keep cool despite the provocation. That is, I hope that he and his legal advisers will make a truly pragmatic decision as to the risks and rewards of seeking recovery of costs and damages.

Presumably a factor in whether to go to court will be the need, if any, for EVG to re-establish a working relationship with Grimston World, and how best to do that - carrot or stick.

On a different note, many thanks for your fine post about EVG's bright prospects.
