well i'm not rating the pep11 stocks per the advent book build price, my calcs for risk/reward are based, at this stage, on the value of proving up the 3.85 tcf net to advent seismic interpretation of seaclem 1, dividing it through the advent registry and subsequently into the respective investment vehicles.
approval or not could come any day now, rather be in than out.
