    Hi,
    Theres a couple of problems with the "buy on weakness" strategy...
    -Look at charts, there hasn't been much weakness in the last 4 months.
    -Seems quite tightly held.

    Agreed once resistance @.200 goes, will get very interesting(look at chart again)
