i would have thought prospectus for the issue would have excited quite a few people!
yes, there are risks, but also pretty big rewards available there - quite a lot of legal stuff there about the tenements - i guess that is pretty standard when operating in some of those countries - plus the potential conflicts with the locals doing their own thing on a small acale!!
