wow - still no discussion on this ?
Anyway i just had a bit of better look into whats been happening & it seems that they have taken exactly the same avenue they took with Polaris. Putting their foot in the door via the placement with a 10% stake in the issued capital.
Don't take my word for it though - it deserves some further research.
