    Plough, I would be stoked if that could occur...

    I know that the stainless steel is in the Dom Republic (from Taiwan) and the other critical plant is the oxygen generator that is being manufactured in the USA.

    I know that they have redesigned the build sequence to reduce the impact of funding delays.

    Not sure if we need to factor in Latin American work ethics or not but I would imagine the announced Sept-11 completion date has some contingencies factors in.
