From whom did you get the impression that we would know within a few weeks and how do you draw the conclusion that it is time to accumulate ie. that any announcement will be positive.
I have emailed both Bob and Chris Giles, and they quite obviously cannot divulge any other information than that in the public domain,
I last bought at 19 and have waited patiently since, hold both HAV and CUY, I believe the story but the timeline is another thing altogether
