This is where Rogars theory falls down. Xstrata have done due diligence on the potential. Sure, $16M is lunch money to them.
As for the enormity of the task ahead... that applies to all mining companies kicking rocks.
Its good risk management to JV it out because Argo doesnt have the resources to progress this at more than a glacial pace.
