Gard's You obviously have very littel understanding Of law as it pertains to CT cases!!! look up some prescedents....I well understand chm's Arguements and claims..But sadly they are just that..A lot of background noise designed to try and strengthen a very weak case...Something is worth what someone is prepared to pay for it...I am quite sure winterfall, In taking 80 mill shares at 10 cents...very soon felt that they were worth an awful lot more than 10 cents....and lets not forget..That this was the only price paid for Winterfall....The other $1.1 mill and 1.7 mill shares was for Winterfall/Iron jack to buy furthere tenenemnts...Of which we know for sure MMX gave 1.7 mill shares after listing at 20 cents..So definately valued at $3.4 million nad we definately lknow they paid $550k out of raised funds...The only things really at dispute are 2 dheques totalling $150kish and 2 parcels of shares at around $118k...And if proved this only came after mmx struck deal with Winterfall and paid initial 80 mill shares...Indeed Zuks was concerned..But Importantly went ahead and testified that Barnes and Grim both said that it was a loan between companies...(That is the 1st cheque) If it was'nt a loan, what was it Gard's.???..and who can give evidence etc
