of Australia by BioProspect Limited. The claim is untested and unmeritorious.
Solagran has appointed a legal team to dispose of the proceeding."

So off to the Fed we go - who is this going to help [no wait that's the lawyers], and where are the SPs headed?

There is an ego at stake here and both lots of shareholders are the ones to pay. Unfortunatly my SLAs headed further South today. Now the both sit 30% down on 3mth highs - gee this is working out just dandy.

So SR you don't hold BPO or SLA?

Still this will give shareholders [any potential buyers] the opportunity to check over the dirty laundry and material matters that hasn't been priviy to date.
