Obviously no faith in Reveleigh or belief in Ebagoola. Its good news... was a bloody stupid idea that capped the stock and would have lead to excessive dilution at these levels. If Reveleigh has gutted it then a modest placement wille necessary but the main issue is to cut all expenditure until a project can be driven in and then cap raising at a more acceptable level.
