Stockrock I'd hazard a guess that neither of us has devil in the detail [unless there is some disclosure you have failed to mention] as when it comes to litigation if folk don't have a keg of dry powder handy it would be just a case of mediation. I suggest that if a wider view is adopted on what you have stated then you may get the picture. As far as Bioeffectives [human or husbandry] sales & profitability are concerned you will find a good lawyer will drive steep angle as the do - if/when things it get to damages claims - lets just hope V wakes up and settlement or agreement come about and everyone's good oil(s) flow to profitable commercialisation. Regarding the balance sheets BPO can readily raise funds - but the thought of dilution is not on my agenda.
