Hello all Shareholders,

Key Shareholders have researched the nominated Board nominees.

The current board accepted JA for his business acumen, but correctly identified that the election of FC would not be beneficial to the company.

The Key board should be congratulated for identifiying the Wheat from the Chaff

I urge all Key shareholders to research the past deeds and potential benefits of any and all board nominees in the forthcoming election.
