Much as I hate to do this, I feel I should declare that I am a likely seller in coming weeks and I am the current seller at 37.5c on top of the queue. I don't intend to sell all and my declaration here may stop me from selling any if other shareholders beat me to it. I did honour my earlier promise that I would not sell any prior to the release of the preliminary report.

I may have tended to overdo the optimism in writing these up and if so it was because I felt you were going too far the other way.

I am frustrated with the treatment of schist and it seems ridiculous that they have now added topsoil to their list of unusual assets.

I have also had a very poor response in my questions to the Secretary of the company. At the previous conference call in April, I queried the large volume of sales prior to the downgrade and was told to contact him and that they would investigate it. I had an exchange of emails with him and the end result was that he ignored me even though publicly they had said they would look into it.

I recently enquired about coming to South Australia and asked about seeing over the plant and the quarry around AGM time and was told "This is typically for major institutional shareholders. We do not currently set aside any program for retail investors".

I don't think that retail shareholders should be treated like schist.

I am also a bit disappointed in the interim. They keep blaming the GFC and it seems obvious that we have another six months of miserable results to go.

So we need another enthusiast to take over the positive side in these in the short term. I still think they are interesting and don't intend to sell out totally but I feel that I should declare my change of heart here.
