With respect to the idea that the Victorian Government might be buying - it seems highly unlikely.
1. We are three months out from an election.
2. I don't think that the right wing of Victorian Labour would do anything that might be construed as "nationalisation".
I think that it would be a smart move financially, but not a smart move politically.
