re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... I'm a long-time reader (and rarely post) of this and my other holdings as much of the info dug up by shareholders seems to be more than companies will release off their own back.

I have considered buying stock for a while but resisted due to the information stream (or lack of it) from the company, and now to see if an opportunity arrises with the changes at hand.

To be honest I am very surprised that TE and RO have stepped down in the wake of this. To my understanding (please correct me if i am wrong) the only obligation the board had was to call an EGM and put it to a vote?, not to step aside (especially not for 9.1% of the vote). To me this shows a lack of confidence in the company (and assets) and took it as an opportunity to focus on their other ventures. Also there has been no talk of senior management and any changes?? is a clean-out on the cards??

I too hope the new arrivals have a plan, as an action such as this can set a company back more than the people who were steering the ship in the first place.
