    re: Ann: Requisition for Shareholders Meeting... 2nd is that Any logical shareholder can not be defending the board. It did not need to get to this they could have stayed at 15c and at least done something.



    How could they have "stayed at 15c"? The market controls the share price, not the board.

    And the market has spoken on this board spill.
