re: Ann: CPB: Response to Ammtec's Result... One big scare tactic. If they really don't like the decision that the AEC board have taken, they should pull the pin on the offer and cancel the share sale agreements and move on.

It would then give the AEC board clear air to deal with someone that wants to put a real offer on the table.

Anything under $4 is a steal, but at least we have an MD and a board that know it.
