call me nieve if you like..But chm, just one big joke.....Lets face it...a bit like entering into a binding agreement for funding on an exploration tenement.....chm have no money and are deperate...invite a funder in for half of the action in return for funding...the funder acts in good faith, then when it looks like you are gonna find gold, you want to turn around and say..we dont need you anymore, here's your stake money back, and we'll take it from here...does'nt work like that..The funder would have all sort of guarantees in place..not to mention the $20 mill charge...I should imagine chm have wriggled out of one to many agreements, and this may be their waterloo...Smells to me of a last ditch effort to save something......settlement or judgent looking insufficient to clear all debts...the $6 mill loan by sage to let chm supposedly pay off funder...settlement/judgement happens...chm get costs which gives sage back his $6 mill and the proceeds of settlement equalling maybe $5 mill a disaster for chm...shares plummet and sage then takes the rest of chm for pennies and picks up the land he is after... Chm In trouble me thinks...
