Hi Nasty.
Isnt it interesting how every time CHM seems to be just about down and out there appears new posters and a new approach with another angle on how they will get a piece of the pie.
First it was relisted with fanfare.
Then BE got on board and that was going to change everything.
Then they gotAnastanovic and Hartnell who wouldnever have taken the case if they couldnt win (they dumped it soon after these famous words).
Then sophisticated investors took a placement and options to keep CHM floating a little longer.(sophisticated=close family and friends)
Then they got the famous litigation funder to save them and back them.Nobody knew the deal or where the funder resided but all was good.
Then they get saved yet again be CFE's mesiah Mr Gordon Gecko....oh sorry Mr Tony Sage thus cutting the litigation funder out of any windfall.
All these "informed" posters who are oozing with confidence tend to overlook 1 thing and that is that CHM is only about a court case and that case has been done to death here.
CHM has nothing else,their tenenments are worthless.
Without the case CHM would have a MC of around 5 mill.
None of these new hangers on will influence the judge.

At least one good thing has come of this .
The series continues, i was afraid it would get cancelled but luckily we can squeeze out another season.
